PunchyTime is a product of The Rocket Science Group, LLC. Your privacy's very important to us. We're not out to spam anybody. We also don't pester our customers with offers and promos, or send out any self-gratuitous fluff (unless you opt-in for it). We don't sell your (or your clients') contact information, rent it, or give it away. We do our very best to keep our system stable and secure. That's a promise. Your Email Address

We'll never sell, rent, or give away any of your, or your clients', contact information.
If You Subscribe To Marketing, You Can Opt-Out Anytime:
We provide a one-click unsubscribe link in all email marketing that we send to our customers. The unsubscribe is immediate.
No Email Marketing Without Your Double Opt-in:
The Rocket Science Group does not send email marketing, newsletters, or commercial email of any sort without prior (double opt-in) consent.
But free trialers will get some reminder emails:
When you sign up for a 30-day free trial, our system will automatically send reminder emails before the trial period is due to expire.
But You Might Get Emails From Our Support/Ticketing System:
If you submit a help ticket to The Rocket Science Group, our system may automatically send you a brief survey email, requesting your feedback on how your issue was resolved. We use this information to improve our customer service, and nothing more. Submitting a help ticket does not add you to any mailing list.

Use of Cookies, and Personally Identifiable Information

When you visit our website, we don't automatically collect any personally identifiable information about you.
The cookies we place do not personally identify any visitor to our website
We temporarily store session information, so that registered users do not have to login every time they visit the site.
We place temporary cookies on web pages so that we can see how visitors use our website, but they do not personally identify users (we use this information to improve our website experience)
We place a transparent tracking bug on certain web pages to track the performance of online ads placed on other websites. The trackers do not personally identify any visitors to our website. They simply tell us about the performance of our online advertising
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
When we send email marketing to our customers, we may sometimes track who clicked and opened our messages. We use this information to better tailor our marketing messages and offers, to specific segments of our list.

To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. In addition, our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, such as the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), MasterCard¨ (SDP), and Discover Information Security and Compliance (DISC).
PunchyTime accounts require a username and password to log in. When you're finished using PunchyTime, you should click the "log out" link in the top right corner of your screen, to prevent someone else from using your computer to access your account.
Account passwords are encrypted from our own system admins. We cannot see your passwords. We can only reset them and send you temporary new ones (which you can change yourself once you log back in).

Children under 13

We do not knowingly provide accounts, or market to, or solicit information from, children under the age of 13.
If you are under 13, and you are using our system to track time for projects, you need to get outside and play more. Get some fresh air. Play some ball, or ride a bike. Seriously. Don't use PunchyTime.
